Suggested instructions on how receive the sperm locally:
- Contact Trent through e-mail. Indicate which month to start the process. Trent will reply back with availability.

- Begin charting ovulation dates with a fertility predictor kit or as instructed by a fertility specialist.
- When the peak fertility date(s) are known, notify Trent via e-mail preferably at least 1 week before the date and indicate the requested date(s) and time for the pickup.
-
On the day of pickup:
Send a text message to Trent's cell phone (510-909-6355) at least 15 minutes before arrival at Trent's address to confirm the exact pick up time. If Trent does not answer the text, please call the cell number in case the text message was not received.

It is OK to park in the driveway of the address. - Upon arrival at the address, please send another text message. The donation is quickly brought and transferred to the recipient in a sterile cup or tube as shown in the photo below. The container will list Trent's name on a sticker and other information. The sterile cup is provided with the donation and does not need to be returned.
-
Because the sperm is provided fresh and warm, it is intended for the immediate transfer into the recipient. If the recipient does not have insemination equipment, limited quantities of spare sterile insemination supplies may be available free upon request which consist of sterile syringe, catheter, pipette, vaginal soft cup, and instructions or can be purchased directly from NW Andrology at 1-800-786-5251. A list of nearby accommodations that are 15 minutes or less away is provided for reference.
- Keep fingers crossed & repeat this process until pregnancy is successful! New recipients within the first 3 months may wish to request up to 3 donation pick-up days per cycle if the calendar permits. During busy donation months, recipients who have received donations longer than 3 months are asked to limit pick-up requests to 1-2 per cycle to allow for new recipients who are waiting.
